I decided to Google Search/ BLUEFLY Search the title above and this is what I saw:

It’s almost as if…there are no designers for women’s suits.

But that would be terrible, no? I mean, look at what’s going on for men:

It’s gorgeous really. Never mind that some of the prices are a little crazy – there are options!

What’s the point here? We need designers. Women need designers that will make suits exclusively for them. Sure we have our Jones New York (for older women) and our Anne Klein or Theory label (for non-price sensitive shoppers), but what about everyone else? That’s one of the challenges Veni Vici has been facing – simply finding designers who will venture into women’s suiting with an open eye. The suit shouldn’t just be an adaptation of the male suit for the other sex. It should be something women can genuinely own and look forward to wearing any day, any time they need to.
